I enjoyed these books immensely. I hope that you will too.

Remember: The Science of Memory and the Art of Forgetting by Lisa Genova

Genova is a Harvard trained neuroscientist with a knack for storytelling. This book is like an Owner’s Manual for how your memory works. It’s a treat to read.

How to Sleep: The New Science-Based Solutions for Sleeping Through the Night by Rafael Pelayo, MD.

This is very readable book by a Stanford University sleep specialist. Pleasant dreams.

The Premonition: A Pandemic Story by Michael Lewis

Like many people, I was hesitant to read a story about Covid-19. But I’m glad that I gave this book a chance. Lewis does an excellent job of presenting a side of the story that has largely been under-reported. There is lots of great information about the scientists working behind the scenes to help get us out of this tragedy. I highly recommend this book.

John Williams of the New York Times Book Review said in praise for Michael Lewis, “I would read an 800-page history of the stapler if he wrote it.”
